Reservation Information:  
A Credit Card is required for a reservation. Payments Accepted: Cash, Master Card or Visa. We do not accept checks.
Reservation holder must be present at check-in with valid credit card and I.D. A check-in form must be signed upon check-in.
*Multiple rooms and multiple days reserved under one credit card holder are considered one reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
We do understand many issues may arise, but to be as fair as possible to all reservation holders and other
potential guests we may have turned away to hold a reservation, we do have a cancellation policy.
To avoid a cancellation charge, a reservation cancellation must be done by phone, from the reservation holder,
(No later than 10 a.m.- local time) 2-days prior to the check-in date.  After which, any cancellation, will have 50% of the total
reservation charges *including all applicable charges, applied to the reservation holders credit card on file.
Sorry No exceptions.
All cancellations are final. No refunds for no show, same day cancellations, or early check-outs.
We reserve the right to re-rent any room for any reason. Without prior notice to us, reservations not checked in by 8:p.m
will have 50% of the reservation charges applied to credit card on file. A declined credit card immediately voids a reservation.
